Forges of Ravenshire is a dice worker placement game for 1-4 players who compete to earn the most gold over 4 seasons to see who wins and becomes the next Forgemaster of Ravenshire. The main way to earn gold is by acquiring and completing contracts for weapons, shields, and armor from the Adventurers’ Marketplace.
In every season, players will be placing and retrieving dice workers to collect the needed resources for forging the various weapons, shields, and armor.
Players can also recruit skilled guild members to upgrade their workshops to be more efficient. The dice workers belong to different guilds and as they are retrieved to work in the forge, their presence will help run the player’s guild workshops and produce even more resources.
As the player progresses, they will also be able to unlock their forge’s full potential by upgrading the Kiln and Foundry. These are used to provide quality charcoal and steel to complete basic items like Scale Mail, Longswords, and Round Shields or legendary items such as the fiery full plate armor, Phoenix Fury.
Forges of Ravenshire is a unique game about finding ways to solve production needs to earn the most gold. The turns are quick, impactful, and feel fantastic as you hoard resources and run player-built combos that will make any player of varying skill levels feel accomplished and like a veteran blacksmith.
